Honest match scores — free
Explainable fit breakdown on every job before you upgrade. We don't hide whether a role fits behind a paywall.
Mission
Senior iOS & React Native engineer · AI
Jason Jardim
Jason Jardim has spent fourteen years building software — mostly on mobile, where polish and trust actually matter. He was Life360’s first developer hire and stayed through the IPO five years later; later led engineering at Intel; and still ships indie iOS apps, a few of which have landed in the App Store top 10. When a role ended and the job search started, the gap between “good engineering” and “good job-search tooling” was hard to ignore.
Most apply products optimize for volume: spray submissions, hide match quality behind paywalls, or auto-submit applications you never reviewed. Jason Jardim built Greenlit the way a senior engineer would want to use it — explainable scores, materials grounded in your real resume, automation that stops before submit, and interview signal from actual recruiter replies.
Greenlit is a real product from someone in the same job hunt — not a growth hack wrapped in AI buzzwords.
Why Greenlit
Unemployment is stressful enough without $40–80/month tools that blur the line between “autofill” and “auto-submit.” Greenlit keeps honest match scores and comp breakdowns on the free tier. We charge for frequency and power tools — unlimited search, AI tailoring, Gmail reply sync, and Playwright fill — not for telling you whether a job fits.
Pro is priced at $29/month because job search shouldn’t require a second subscription the size of Netflix plus Spotify. Most tools in this space charge similar or more while optimizing for apply volume — not whether each application represents you well.
If you’re between roles, the free tier is meant to be genuinely usable: daily searches, AI scoring with visible fit breakdowns, profile setup, and manual pipeline tracking. Upgrade when speed matters, not because we hid the truth.
The Greenlit difference
Most tools autofill forms or blast applications. Greenlit scores every job honestly, tailors from your real resume, fills Greenhouse and Lever, and stops before submit — with Gmail reply tracking most competitors don't offer at any price.
Pro · $29/mo · free tier keeps match quality visible
Honest match scores — free
Explainable fit breakdown on every job before you upgrade. We don't hide whether a role fits behind a paywall.
You submit — never the bot
Playwright fills forms, then stops for your review. No silent auto-submit that misrepresents you.
Gmail reply tracking
Recruiter replies matched to your applications — interview invites and rejections update your pipeline automatically.
Resume-grounded AI
Cover letters and tailoring rephrase your real experience — no invented employers, degrees, or metrics.
Score → tailor → fill → greenlight
One pipeline from job discovery to application review. Most tools only autofill forms or blast volume.
Pro at $29/month
Unlimited search, AI, fill, and Gmail sync — priced for people between roles, not enterprise budgets.
