Greenlit

Why Greenlit

We lead on trust — and price it fairly

Unemployment is stressful enough without $40–80/month tools that blur the line between “autofill” and “auto-submit.” Greenlit keeps honest match scores, ATS resume scores, and comp breakdowns on the free tier. We charge for frequency and power tools — unlimited search, AI tailoring, full ATS reports, Gmail reply sync, Playwright fill, and opt-in Auto-submit / Daily Auto-apply Betas — not for telling you whether a job fits.

Pro starts at $29/month — or $69 for three months and $250/year when you want a longer sprint. Job search shouldn’t require a second subscription the size of Netflix plus Spotify. Most tools in this space charge similar or more while optimizing for apply volume — not whether each application represents you well.

If you’re between roles, the free tier is meant to be genuinely usable: daily searches, AI scoring with visible fit breakdowns, one free ATS resume score, profile setup, and manual pipeline tracking. Upgrade when speed matters, not because we hid the truth.

The Greenlit difference

Trust-first job search — not apply spam

Most tools autofill forms or blast applications. Greenlit scores every job honestly, tailors from your real resume, fills Greenhouse and Lever, and stops before submit — with Gmail reply tracking most competitors don't offer at any price.

Pro · $29/mo · $69 for 3 months · $250/year · free tier keeps match quality visible

Honest match scores — free

Explainable fit breakdown on every job before you upgrade. We don't hide whether a role fits behind a paywall.

You submit — unless you opt into Beta

Default fill still stops for your review. Pro Auto-submit and Daily Auto-apply Betas can submit Greenhouse jobs you choose or opt into — never silent spray.

Blank Search across your titles

Leave the keyword empty — we look for jobs matching your seeking titles in order. Free uses your top 3; Pro up to 6.

Gmail reply tracking

Recruiter replies matched to your applications — interview invites and rejections update your pipeline automatically.

ATS resume score

One free overall score. Pro unlocks re-checks, the full breakdown, and before/after suggestions — rephrasing only, never inventing experience.

Resume-grounded AI

Cover letters rephrase your real experience — profile template AI on Free; tailor each letter to a job with Pro.

Score → tailor → fill → greenlight

One pipeline from job discovery to application review. Most tools only autofill forms or blast volume.

Pro from $29/month

Unlimited search, AI, fill, Gmail sync, and full ATS reports — $69 for three months or $250/year when you're hunting hard.

What's new

Changelog

Recent Greenlit updates — what you can do now, in plain English.

Unattended Daily Beta

Pro can opt into Unattended Daily — we check for new Matches on your schedule and submit eligible Greenhouse applications hands-off when the worker is available.

  • New Daily tab on Jobs (Beta) — Unattended Daily is the main path, not the Chrome extension
  • Pro: turn on Unattended to queue and submit up to 10 new matched Greenhouse jobs per day
  • Choose your own search times and time zone (up to three windows a day)
  • See last checked time and today’s outcomes — submitted, needs you, or skipped
  • When Greenhouse asks for a security code, Unattended can pull it from Gmail and finish submit
  • On Needs you, get the security code from Gmail or open the application to finish
  • Unattended can run on the hosted app with a cloud browser — no laptop left open overnight
  • Today’s applications on Daily stays in sync when Unattended submits (including Run now)
  • Unattended may clear Greenhouse CAPTCHA in the cloud browser when it can — otherwise Needs you
  • Chrome assist stays available when something needs you on desktop
  • Retry Failed or Needs you from today’s Daily list — we skip closed jobs instead of opening dead links
  • Daily outcomes show when each action happened, newest first
  • Current roles fill correctly on Greenhouse (end date stays empty when you’re still there)

Profile polish & extension sync

Finished Profile sections collapse after you save, and Account stops saying the ZIP is ahead when it matches the Store.

  • After you score your resume, ATS can collapse with your other finished Profile sections on Save
  • When the Chrome ZIP and Store are the same version, Account says they’re in sync — not that ZIP is ahead

Blank Search matches your seeking titles

Leave the keyword empty and we look across the job titles you’re seeking — drag to set order. Free uses your top 3; Pro up to 6.

  • Drag job titles on Profile to set search order — numbered so priority is clear
  • Blank Search on Matches looks for jobs matching those titles (Free top 3 · Pro up to 6)
  • Jobs Search shows which titles are in play — Upgrade when Free has more than three
  • Each match card shows which seeking titles lined up with that job
  • Filter your scored Matches list by seeking title — All, or tap a title chip
  • After Search, matched titles stick with each job so pills and filters stay consistent
  • Jobs Search, Setup, and Refine are easier to tell apart — green for Search, blue for setup and filters
  • Profile sections use the same blue frames so Resume, Job search, and Account don’t blur together
  • Chrome Web Store version on Profile reads live from the Store listing — not a stale hardcoded number
  • Account is its own page in the nav — billing, Gmail, extension, and sign-in no longer live under Profile
  • When Profile setup is done, the checklist tucks away — tap Steps if you need it again
  • Finished Profile sections collapse to a short summary after you save — Expand anytime
  • Leave Profile with unsaved edits and we’ll ask before discarding them

Clearer application email labels

Company status mail is labeled as an Update — not a recruiter — and soft-reject wording is less likely to celebrate as good news.

  • Application emails that aren’t confirmations, interviews, or No gos show as Update instead of Recruiter
  • Today groups interviews and updates under Replies
  • Status notes that say the team carefully considered your application are treated as No go when that’s what they mean
  • Auto status mail (thanks for applying / we’ll review) stays Confirmation — only clear interview asks celebrate as Interview
  • From an application email card, open the original job listing in a new tab
  • Recruiter-style celebration cards show more of the real email body when Gmail is connected
  • Applications splits into Active, In progress, and Closed so rejects don’t bury open apps
  • Matched Gmail sits at the top of an application, and Active cards call out new email up front
  • Cover letter PDF uploads keep paragraph breaks and put Regards on its own line
  • Uploading a new resume keeps the salary and employment prefs you already set

Clearer privacy for Gmail & AI

Our Privacy Policy now spells out how Gmail data is protected, what we read when you connect, and that Gmail is never sent to AI.

  • Privacy Policy explains how we protect Gmail tokens and synced reply data (encryption, HTTPS, and account-only access)
  • Privacy Policy states that Gmail / Google Workspace data is never sent to OpenAI or other AI services — reply matching stays on our servers
  • Privacy Policy includes Google’s Limited Use commitment for Workspace API data
